If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Service Delivery Coordinator to support our General Manager and Technical Staff at AST Networks Solutions. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will provide vital administrative support, manage CRM data, assist with project and technical team needs, and handle a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Ensure the accuracy of customer data in CRM (CRM Champion).
  • Deliver timely and effective administrative support to projects and technical teams.
  • Monitor and report ship status updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date scheduling for HR activities.
  • Keep ISO documents current and support H&S audit processes.
  • Manage departmental process documentation and sharing.
  • Perform systems administration tasks as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for technical installation engineers
  • Support the General Manager with PA duties, especially in preparing bids and tenders.

Essential Experience

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably within project and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilise bespoke internal software programs.
  • Highly motivated with strong prioritisation and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management.
  • Familiarity with compliance processes such as ISO documentation and H&S audits.
  • Competence in travel coordination and executive support tasks.
