AST Networks' simple-to-use online tool enables you to top-up your device instantly using a debit or credit card*. Purchase or redeem Inmarsat and Iridium vouchers anytime online for greater connectivity with satellite communications.

Please ensure if you own an IsatPhone Pro that it has firmware version 5.8 or above installed. You can check your phone's settings by selecting Menu > Settings > About. Should you require detailed instructions on how to upgrade your firmware this can be found by visiting Inmarsat’s website.

Inmarsat Unit Transfer

Please ensure your satellite phone number is correct. Vouchers redeemed to the wrong satellite number cannot be transferred to the intended phone number.

Checking Your Balance

To check your current balance, select Menu > Settings > Prepay. Your account balance and expiry date will show on your phone screen. This service is free of charge.
